These terms ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Neutron AI (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.
1. The Service
Neutron AI learns the content of websites you provide and offers an AI agent that answers questions about that content, along with related tools such as a playground, knowledge management, conversation history, leads and analytics, depending on your plan.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
3. Plans, trials and payment
- Plans are offered on a monthly subscription basis at the prices shown on our pricing page.
- New accounts may receive a free trial with reduced allowances. When the trial ends, the agent pauses until a paid plan is activated.
- Each plan includes monthly allowances (for example AI answers, pages learned and re-learns). Allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC) and unused allowances do not carry over.
- When an allowance is used up, the related feature pauses until the next reset or until you upgrade.
- Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
4. Your content and websites
- You may only add websites you own or are authorised to use, and you confirm that our processing of their content for the Service does not infringe anyone's rights.
- You keep all rights to your content. You grant us a limited licence to host, copy and process it solely to provide the Service.
- You are responsible for the content of your website and for the instructions you give your agent.
5. AI-generated answers
Answers are generated automatically from your website content and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing your agent's behaviour, keeping your website accurate and confirming important details (such as prices, specifications and contractual terms) with your customers directly. The Service does not provide professional, legal, medical or financial advice.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- process websites you are not authorised to use, or overload third-party sites;
- deceive, defraud or harass anyone, or impersonate another person or organisation;
- distribute unlawful, infringing or harmful content;
- attempt to bypass usage limits, security measures or access other customers' data;
- reverse engineer the Service or resell it without our written agreement.
7. Leads and visitor data
For data your agent collects from your visitors, you act as the data controller and are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws, including providing any required notices. See our Privacy policy.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve, change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce functionality of a paid plan.
9. Suspension and termination
You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay, or put the Service or others at risk. On termination, your agent stops and your data is deleted as described in our Privacy policy.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
11. General
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these Terms and will post the new version here; continued use after changes means you accept them.
